Following on the announcement from a couple of weeks ago, I have another new appointment to share: Janette Colquhoun has agreed to serve our program as the Southern Region Deputy.
As I said to her at Mudthaw, she was already putting in the effort — recruiting new trainees, establishing a local practice, networking with other marshals across the region, and traveling across state lines to ensure coverage at events beyond her local area — so it seemed fitting to recognize that work with a title to match.
Even with the help of the folks who have stepped up this month, there are still additional opportunities for folks to get more involved with youth combat throughout our kingdom — if you’re interested and willing to serve our young fighters, reach out to me at youthcombat@eastkingdom.org and we’ll find a way for you to contribute to the program!
