Checklist and Weapon Sheet, Ages 6-9
Division 1
Weapon (marked with 1 band of contrasting tape around blade)
- Golf tube sword - fiber tape each end of tube, and use ½ inch of closed cell foam with a 1 inch foam thrusting tip on the end. All enclosed, loosely, in duct tape. (Parents: please write your child's name on the sword.)
Shield
- Light weight shield with covered edges.
Gear
- One piece hockey helmet with metal face mask, chin strap and aventail.
- Lightly padded sports gloves.
- Gorget made of light leather.
- Kidney belt.
- Elbow and knee pads (minimum soft pads)
- Gender appropriate, rigid groin protection or padded gambeson or skirt at least as heavy as light leather.
- Long pants
- Closed - toe shoes

Touch calibration.
Parents must be within sight and sound of the list.
